  We have trusted our pets health care to Cranberry Hill for more than 17 years, and we always receive excellent care of our furbabies. The doctors and veterinary staff are knowledgeable, caring , and considerate - no matter how many questions I ask! Thank you Cranberry Hill Animal Hospital!

  Way too expensive. They charge exam fees for routine vaccinations... every time...even if my dog has her annual exam within 8 months. Their medications are more expensive than other locations. The staff seem to care more about money than being helpful.

  My dog has a dead tooth. Got a quote from them to get it pulled. Their quote was three times more then other vets for the same operation.

  We took our dog Zeus in with a lump in his throat Dr Eric did some testing on him and a few days later he called and said it was lymphoma he was very compassionate and very helpful in describing all the treatment options we made a few phone calls to ask further questions and he called us back right away and never rushed us off the phone I believe one conversation was approx 20 mins and told us call back anytime if you have any concerns ..we put our Zeus on steroids and we were able to spend another month and a half with him ...then the dreaded day came where we had to make the phone call and not let Zeus suffer ..the girls met us outside and helped us in the room Dr Eric came in and explained the procedure to us ,the room was very comfortable and calming . They had a candle lit with a sign asking anybody who was in the waiting area to be understanding because someone was saying goodbye to their pet :( we received a beautiful card from all the staff yesterday and can’t express how helpful they have been through this awful thing our Zeus had to go through ...we are so happy that Zeus was well looked after by Dr Eric and his staff and happy that we got to say good bye at this wonderful place if we could give you guys 10 stars we would. We highly recommend if you are looking for a vet this is the place to go
