  “Guarenteed in stock! When you need it we got it” is not true with 25 ink boxes on shelves empty and none above shelves for purchase. Perhaps signage needs to be removed

  I have been a customer of staples copy and print centre for many many years. Although today my experience was not as good as it normally is. Found the staff standing around chatting and discover my 1 hour print, which should have been ready almost 2 hours ago hadn't been started. 7 coloured pages. Was told that they were very backed up with express walk I orders and they would try to get it done today. Unfortunately that's not good enough. I would suggest walking your order in and not ordering online through this staples if you have something that needs to be done by a specific time. 2 Star

  I've updated my review. I have since used Staples on 3 new occurances with no issues. I am not sure if they have read the reviews but a correction seems to have happened.

  Alex and Kennedy went above and beyond to help me out in the Print and Copy Centre tonight! I am impressed with how they did eveything they could to have me walk away satisfied!
