  Terrible customer service. We have dealt with them before and never been fully satisfied. However, they are the most readily available local handyman service. Nowadays, they refuse to make appointments.

  We had a water heater installed by them in the past. Very professional and there technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them.

  A few days after we contacted them about a heating issue they called us back first thing in the morning saying that they were outside our apartment and wanted to be let in. We were completely unavailable, and we asked them to a return a few hours later, in the afternoon, at their best availability, and we would make sure to be home. They told us that was impossible. Seeing as, like most people, we both work and are away from the home frequently, we asked if they could give us a time when they could come by. They refused, telling us they don't make appointments. Since, they have called three times, saying they would be at our address WITHIN 15 MINUTES. One of those times, one of us made it home to let them in. The guy showed up without any tools, and only took a picture of our baseboards, saying he hadn't any intention of doing anything that day. WHICH MEANS WE HAD TO TAKE TIME AWAY FROM OUR WEEKDAY SCHEDULE FOR NO REASON and they couldn't even give us a heads up that this was just going to be a survey. When it came to actually doing anything, they called with 15 minutes notice, again, and we asked for a slotted time, again, and they refused, again.

  First time customer for this company. Required service for a water leak in the bathroom system. Workmanship and clean up was excellent ,also commend the service tech who did the work. Will certainly call for their service again.

  Expensive - avoid for all small and medium jobs. I should have asked for prices up front (you should too!!) as the meter starts running the moment the tech starts loading his van at the shop. Also expect extra charges for any tools they may have to use. I called after to negotiate being nickel and dimed, but they were not interested in my repeat business. I probably could have saved over $100 going with someone else for equal work. At least their technicians know what they're doing, and they arrived the same day to fix our problem. I would only recommend if you have a huge job and a budget to match, as I have relative confidence that they likely wouldn't screw it up.
