    I regularly do the circuit training classes and I love them. Rebecca and Becky are wonderful and they've created a really special place. The classes are tough but the exercises can be adjusted to fit any level. They also do classes for young kids (one of the few places that do). My 9 year old daughter does them and she loves it.
