    Terrible cleaning services. Only tidy the room and change towels every four days. They have family rooms with kitchens but barely enough dishes and utensils for one person

    Stayed in the family room for a few weeks while waiting for our house. Room was big with a kitchenette. Was happy with this place.

    Realy cold room when we arrived took hours to warm up no soap 2 towels coffee for breakfest very noisy from street not worth it beds where ok

    One week before my wedding they decide to do renovations after we have confirmed all the rooms. Now my guest have 15 days to try and find something for a group of people (50 people). Worst experience ever!! Worst service ever!! I would never recommend staying or booking a room with this hotel. If there was a zero I would have put that!! I have never been so angry in my life!!
